racism, bullying & inclusivity policy
We are a community-based studio where our main priority is to offer programs to all cultures, demographics, age, sex, religion, disability, etc.
We thrive on building an inclusive space where no student is turned away.
Dance is a universal language in which every human being has a right to learn if they choose to. We offer financial assistance to those in need.
racism policy- continued
We do not accept racism of any kind at SCDC and any student, family member or staff may be turned away for any comments, actions, or behaviour that is racist, discriminating, or unkind.
Our primary goal is to create a safe, inclusive, diverse, and engaging space that cultivates an environment of dance and the arts. we move forward by being more aware, conscious and mindful that privilege exists and that we must work on a more inclusive community. This starts right here at SCDc!
